What You’ll Be Doing:

Help seniors with activities of daily living (ADLs): bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting
Provide companionship and emotional support
Prepare meals and assist with light housekeeping
Drive to errands, appointments, or outings
Follow a care plan from your smartphone
Promote safety, independence, and dignity at every step

What You Need to Get Started:

Experience as a caregiver (home care, facility, or personal care)
HHA, CNA, PCA, LPN, RN, or related background preferred (not required)
Valid driver’s license and auto insurance
Ability to lift 25 lbs
Clear Level II background check (fingerprinting)
Dependability, kindness, and sound judgment

Required Certificates:

CPR (thru Red Cross or Heart Association)
DOEA Alzheimer’s/Dementia Training (1 hour)
HIV/AIDS Training
