Before You Apply, Make Sure You Qualify!    Do you have these?  

• This position is appropriate for someone with 3+ years of HR/Recruiting experience with strong preference given to candidates with prior health care recruiting experience
• College degree in HR or other relevant field
• Prior Recruiting, Onboarding, and New Hire Orientation facilitation experience
• Recruiting at colleges and other academic facilities who train for health care positions, such as caregiving and nursing. 
• Create written documents such as annual performance reviews and deliver these weekly
• Advanced technology aptitude using cloud based systems (Google Drive, OneDrive), ATS, HRIS
• Research skills using AI tools to help you create employee programs, marketing materials
• Sincere interest in caring for seniors and their health
• Strong work ethic; you excel working in a small team environment at a fast pace!
• Satisfied with pay of 3500-4k per month, plus benefits and bonus

What You Will Be Doing:

• Recruit and interview caregivers/home health aides
• Manage multiple ATS systems and their configuration
• Facilitate new employee orientation sessions for home health aides / caregivers
• Deliver performance reviews 
• Apply your knowledge of HR legal regulations where applicable (wage and hour, FMLA, etc.)
• Counsel and coach our wonderful team of caregivers
• Design retention and recognition programs
• Create and enhance SOPs
