Recruiter Health Care

Home Instead is the world leader in personal care with over 1500 office globally.  Our growing Palm Beach County agency has an opening for an entry level health care recruiter who has at least 1 years experience in this field and wants to grow in the HR function. This is not a remote job.

This role will source, interview, hire, and help train our new caregiving staff who are wonderful health care professionals!

Prior health care recruiting experience is mandatory.  You must hold at least 1 year recruiting experience such as researching, sourcing, recommending and implementing creative recruiting solutions.  And this goes beyond just posting to job boards; it entails understanding and learning how pay-per-click ads work, social media sponsored ads, job board optimization techniques, community outreach, etc.  So, be prepared to share your success in this area during our interview! 

The successful candidate will have outstanding communication skills and be enthusiastic!  You must bring maturity and professionalism, and be composed under pressure.  This role demands strong technology skills to master ATS systems, as well as work efficiently with online cloud based record file management applications such as MS OneDrive.
