Seeking non-clinical RN (full time or part time) for our Home Care Agency.  Great job for a RN who wants to work in an office (non-clinical) setting where care is focused on personal care for geriatric/senior populations in Palm Beach County.

Home Instead has been in the senior care business for over 30 years with over 1,500 offices globally. We are seeking an experienced RN candidate for our Health Agency which provides personal care (not skilled nursing) to seniors in our community. 

Responsibilities:

• Facilitate a portion of New Hire Orientation, focusing on personal care skills for caregivers/Home Health Aides/CNAs
• Participate in the placement of caregivers on their assignments with our clients (match the employee with the best client)
• Visit clients regularly updating their care plans through "wellness visits"
• Office administrative duties such as scheduling, updating technology systems for client care plans
• Coaching/counseling caregivers and providing ongoing training as needed in personal care skills
• Converse with clients and their families regarding client care, concerns, and recommendations to improve quality of life at home

Job Requirements:

• Active Florida RN license
• Technology proficiency using several health care related software packages
• Proficiency on a smart phone
• Willing to be a team player and help the Agency grow
• Successfully pass criminal, drug and driving background checks and all employment references 
• Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Fluency in English – mandatory (reading, writing and speaking)
